Sport for Mental and Psychological Wellness was the topic of a seminar offered by Europroodos VET INSTITUTION Corinth as part of the Erasmus+ “Health, Solidarity, and Social Cohesion with Sport” initiative. This year’s seminar took place on March 30, 2022, at the Europroodos VET INSTITUTION Corinth premises in Corinth, Greece. Twenty people (20) attended the presentation, during which Roukis Professional Welfare Center engaged the audience by explaining the relationship between sports and well-being in a participatory manner.
The center theme was “Physical and mental health are intertwined”.
