The one topic is entitled «Nutritional and Psychological Approach to Exercise» and Ms Giota Malakou refers to:

  1. Sporting success can be boosted by a well-balanced diet.
  2. Most of an athlete’s vitamin and mineral demands can be met by a well-planned diet that includes enough amounts of both protein and carbohydrates.
  3. Whole Grain breads and cereals, which are high in unprocessed carbs, should be the mainstay of any diet.
  4. In order to get the most out of sports nutrition regimens, athletes must take into account their sport, goals, food preferences, and practical considerations.

Ms Dimitra Stamou and Mr Panagiotis Mitrogiannis, on the other topic mentioned that physical activity is a good way to improve our mental well-being and protect our mental health. Mental health and even some mental diseases can benefit greatly from regular physical activity. Preventing mental illness and improving the quality of life of individuals who suffer from it can be achieved through regular physical activity.
