The project
The aim of MoBlend project is to provide the fundamental digital tools and skills to be able to carry out a virtual or blended VET internship.
The objectives are to:
- Support VET Students, VET School Staff and Company Tutors in improving the quality of V&BWBL through design of a tailored learning course on digital tools and methods of V&BWBL;
- Promote the inclusiveness of V&BWBL through design of an ad-hoc and user-friendly tool for the evaluation and validation of VET experiences;
- Deepen the interest and trust in V&BWBL, affirming their value and match with the requests of the labour market;
- Develop a cross-border and cross sector synergy with the purpose of creating innovative uses of Virtual&Blended Work-Based Learning tailored to the needs of students with fewer opportunities and special needs, even afterwards the COVID-19 era.
The target group are:
- VET Students, especially the ones with fewer opportunities and special needs
- VET School Staff
- Company Tutors
Project Outputs
The Outputs of MoBlend project are:
- an OER (Open Educational Resource): It is based on VIDEO PEDAGOGY methodology and includes a set of video-lessons per each module, that is Digital communication: instant messaging and video conferencing, Cloud Documents sharing and editing, Task Management OnLine, Assessment Tool +, Materials Library.
- an Assessment Tool +. It’s a Web Tool, which provides in a virtual format the typical tools used by schools to monitor, evaluate, validate and recognize the skills acquired by learners during internships. The Assessment Tool + webtool includes the Individual Development Plan (IDP), the LogBook and the tutor’s assessment sheet.
The activities of MoBlend project to create the Intellectual Output 1 are:
- Selection of training materials and adaptation for OER purposes
- Implementing e-learning modules and recording videos
- Collecting useful templates and documents for the library
- Piloting
- Translation and Release
The activities of MoBlend project to create the Intellectual Output 2 are:
- Data Collection
- Design and Development of the webtool
- Internal Testing and Translation
- External Testing and Release
During its 24-month duration, MoBlend project will directly and indirectly positively impact
